I have learned that taking good care of myself makes me a better wife, mother, person ...... so I take time off to refresh myself when I can. Do unto others what you would have others do unto you. Leave the place as good as, or better, than you found it. Be unconditionally helpful, within your personal limits. Practice gratitude.
