Hi! My name is Lucas, and I'm from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I've studied at University and worked for several years by now, where I learned Marketing and Finance (in Buenos Aires) and Strategic Marketing (in Barcelona, Spain). I used to have a "conventional" way of life working 8hs per day and teaching at University. However, I decided to make a change in my life spending some time travelling (as you might wonder, this could lead to all type of talking! Hahaha). I consider myself a traveller lover. I've made several small journeys (a month, or less) travelling through South America and Europe. My huge trip, without a doubt, was one I made in 2011 to New Zealand and Asia for almost one year. I love talking and sharing experiences (maybe with a beer, or mate!). I love Sports, Movies/Series, Music and phylosofical talking about life in general. Looking forward to meeting you! :)

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
Because I'd like to meet new people in a context where the economic transactions are put aside, and the real hospitality arises. A context in which you can meet genuine people and their real lifes. A context in which I can get to know their culture, and where I can also share mine. A context in which you're not a tourist, but a real traveller.
My Interests
I love Sports and the learning people can get from competing. I love Soccer, Basketball and Tennis (played this sport for 10 years). I also consider myself a Music lover. As I found every manifest of art interesting to be paid attention to, I do not have a favourite music type. I consider that an electronic set could be as interesting as a live blues, reggae, funk, rock or percussional performance. Moreover, I like reading books from time to time. It's an activity that makes me travel mentally, and to open my mind to other perspectives. And, of course, I love travelling around the world. Meeting new cultures, living and sharing new experiencies with other people.
