CURRENT MISSION Rediscover the Balkan while living there ! ABOUT ME We like to joke and have fun ! We have simple tastes and we enjoy the little things of life. We have lots of difficulties to give back our movies at the videoclub on time. Our favorite meal of the day is brunch (with lots of potatoes.. miam). Daniel and Marion have been together for 13 years and we got married in June 2013! wow ! We just move in Niš, Serbia for at least two years. In 2012, we did a trip around the world. Why I'm on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING We really believe that CS is not free accomadation, but the best way to travel and to meet new people. When we are sending couch requests, we always read carefully each profile to be sure we meet all the expectations of our host, so we expect the same from our surfers. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE We have participated in some CS events in our town, we hosted, and we surfed. We are still in touch with many people we met through the website!
Music, Movies, and Books
Daniel and Marion don't have always the same tastes... Daniel loves Hip hop music, and Marion prefer to read novels. Daniel likes action movies, and Marion likes dramas or TV show (rome, dr grey, friends, etc.).
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Bungee jump in Macao, visit varanasi, mountain bike in the jungle in Cambodia, getting scrubed in a Hammam in Tunis ...

We can teach languages : serbian, french, english. We would love to learn to cook different meals from your culture.
My Interests
Daniel loves football, and can talk about it for hours. His favourite team is FC Liverpool. He also loves hockey on ice, and even when travelling he finds the time to check the news on his team (les Canadiens de Montreal). Marion loves to perform improv and she will like to work in international cooperation or corporate social responsibility. In fact, she worked on different projects : an event on the refugee situation, a democratic project in Haiti, the Youth Parliement for french-speakers, human rights defense in Dominican Republic, etc. She loves riding bicycle, even if she always fell... We love to cook, and we are passionate about history.
