CURRENT MISSION To introduce my wife to other cultures and people. She has not had a chance to travel the world. We are also looking for a richer experience in our own travels. ABOUT ME We both have transitioned in the past 12 years out of corporate America and into more self employment. We like where we live, but are also very interested in exploring other places to live with South America being the current area of study and research. I am very well traveled and we are both well read and appreciate all cuisine...likely cook many different foods in our home. PHILOSOPHY We are Christian people and trying to grow spiritually in that way. We believe in doing good for others whether that is including recently widowed women to attend concerts or dinners with us to stave off lonliness or hosting couch surfers who are exploring the world, etc.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING We are brand new to this so still learning options here. Of course we have a spare bedroom that we are offering to host people who want to see the beautiful rivers and mountains of East Tennessee. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE We are new to this.

I've been bless to travel to over 45 countries in the world and have many cultural things and experiences to share. I also would like my wife and daughter to learn and meet other people.
My Interests
We are interested in virtually everything, and when we have time, we engage in many, many different things especially hiking, cooking all sorts of foods, reading, exploring other places, going to concerts, watching movies and documentaries, hosting dinner parties, etc.
