I own a motorcycle, and I’m constantly riding around Rome looking for new places, hidden spots, great food, and interesting people to discover them with. I joined Couchsurfing in 2013, which basically makes me ancient around here. Since then, I’ve hosted 300+ travelers from all over the world. And somehow… I’m still not tired of meeting strangers. I worked in tourism as a tour guide, and I also owned a restaurant, so I have two very useful skills: 1. I can tell you interesting things about Rome that aren't on the Wikipedia page. 2. I can tell you where to eat without accidentally sending you to a tourist trap charging €18 for frozen pasta. I’ll happily show you the real Rome, the good food, the beautiful corners, the places tourists somehow miss, and the spots where you can sit with a drink and wonder why you don't live here. These days I work in banking, and when I'm not doing that, I'm usually working on one of my side hustles, including a YouTube channel and an online business. Which means I’m sometimes busy. Sometimes very busy. And that's actually another reason I love Couchsurfing. Every once in a while, I need to escape the world of work, spreadsheets, emails and staring at screens… also love camping, and spontaneous plans that make absolutely no sense when you first suggest them. One of my favorite camping stories happened with a Couchsurfer I hosted. We went camping on an island, which sounded incredibly peaceful and romantic… …until wild boars attacked us. We survived. …welcome to Rome.

Music, Movies, and Books
Jazz, Blues, Latin music and Flamenco.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Jumped with a parachute upon one spot where I could see 4 countries at the same time! That was a crazy day!
Teach, Learn, Share
I offer rides arounds and food tours (yes, I love my stomach!) As an ex tour organizer in the Vatican City, I can also show you some parts of the city that you don't find on the internet :P I can teach languages (English and Levant Arabic), I can teach anything in the Middle Eastern cuisine (yes, Hummus!), I've been doing lots of things here and there so I'm sure I can find something to give! I'd love to learn about food and music culture of where you came from, we all are travelers on this planet, with a lot of ideas to share.
What I Can Share With Hosts
I like it cozy, I can't list down some dos and don'ts for my guests, I'm sure that we can reach that comfort zone in which we can share a lot :) Just keep things clean behind and I'm a happy person
