About IICD IICD Michigan is a private non-profit organization founded in 1997 incorporated in the state of Michigan. IICD is registered as a 501(c) (3) with the Tax ID#: 38-3379778 We fight poverty shoulder to shoulder with the poor in Africa and the Americas, working with local communities. IICD was created because we believe that international cooperation and development are necessary goals for people in our time. The institute is an alternative school which puts its participants in the driving seat of the education, and trains people to be in charge of many different tasks. The programs encourage new thinking and bring changes for each individual.
