Hey! I’m Dyon, short for Dionysus. Sometimes also known as Nathan or by my last name, Beers. I’ve been nomadic since 2016 and have mostly traveled around North America by vehicle, although I spent this past summer backpacking around Europe by train. I’ve lived in an old Chevy Suburban I converted, a couple school buses, and ambulance, and have had a few stints traveling by motorcycle. I’m currently back on the bike, a wine-red Honda Shadow I’ve named Rufio. I recently left a 20 year corporate career I’d felt increasingly misaligned with and am currently focusing on my writing and looking for opportunities to hone my hosting skills without actually having a home of my own to host from. Think hostel / retreat management essentially. I’m warm, open hearted, deep thinking, and I love to laugh. I hope we get to meet!
