CURRENT MISSION Just finished school in Chicago. Back home in Norway for the first time in four years ABOUT ME My big interest for travelling started about a year ago when I went to Argentina to work as a volunteer. This trip, meant to be a one-time thing, really changed me as a person. I met so many great people and finally got to see how it is to live in another country and experience other cultures. I really enjoy meeting new people and making new friends. I've heard that people find it hard not to get along with me, and that I am a genuinely nice and generous person. USA has always been on top of my "places-I-want-to-travel" list, and I finally got to go on a roadtrip summer 2012. Why I'm on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I'm new to couchsurfing, but I will definitely use this site for whatever it's worth! I love the idea of meeting people from all over the world. I can unfortunately not host people in Oslo now, but I would love to meet travelers. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE So far it's limited, but I couldn't ask for a better first impression!
Music, Movies, and Books
I don't really read that much, but when I do it's always biographies or other books I feel I can learn from. I never read fiction, I'd rather watch a movie. Favourite movies (probably a lot of movies that should be in the same short-list): Tears of the sun Man on fire The negotiator The Hurt locker Into the wild Mystic River Spy game The shawshank redemption I really enjoy classical music and jazz, and most of all, good soundtracks from great movies.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
This one is hard, I've seen and done so many nice things in my life.. I really enjoyed swimming with wild dolphins in Egypt.
