Why I'm on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I like to show my couchsurfers the REAL side of Östersund. If you are traveling here somewhere between September>March you might be lucky. That time of year is the northern light season (Aurora season) and if your timing is good you might get the lightshow of your life! Other things we might have here that could interest you is Snowboarding, skiing, nature, fishing, golfing, hiking, good food, nice people, and last but not the least...a comfortable couch. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I have couchsurfed in czech republic (Prague) ... and it was ... GREAT!!! The best week of my life. I´ve also surfed some couches in London and had some great encounters with some kick ass people. I´ve had over 250 couchsurfers during my time here, and more to come! They have all been really good experiences and I really hope to see alot of them again. Some have crashed my couch for more than 4 weeks and have become some of my better friends.
Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Foo Fighters, Creed, Staind, sevendust 3 doors down, incubus ... mostly rock but I listen to everything. James Morrison, Jack Johnson, The frey, Snow Patrol are some other bands that are really good Movies: Favourite movies... comedies and "based on a true event" movies..
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Been on the top of a mountain when the wind was over 40+ meters/second and I had to go down the mountain by skiing.

My interest are many. Meet new people is one of my biggest interests, see new cultures and learn more about the world and how different we all are. Photographing, Basketball, computers, bicycling and hiking is also close to my heart.
