CURRENT MISSION To make Sal Paradise and Dean Moriarty proud ABOUT ME I travelled a good amount when I was younger but not so much the last long while. Currently in school for Finance and almost on summer break, hoping to get out and see some new places before the classroom pulls me back in September. PHILOSOPHY I've spent my whole life reading and digging and trying to uncover what the meaning of my life, life in general, why are we here? I've come to realize there is no answer, but it's more about the journey to keep your eyes open and your mind clear and suck up whatever the universe puts in front of you and keep yourself safe enough in order to do it all again tomorrow. Just be good to people and humble and the details will take care of themselves.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I just discovered couch surfing a couple days ago and it had me hooked right away. I'm not in the position to host at the moment but I cannot wait until I am able to have guests and meet people from everywhere. This will definately become part of my lifestyle. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE None as of yet but looking forward to gaining some.
Music, Movies, and Books
MUSIC - Tragically Hip, NeverEnding White Lights, any good dubstep, Dirty Heads, Pink Floyd, Paul Oakenfold, M83, 311, Pepper, Frontier Ruckus, Soundgarden, so much more..BOOKS - On The Road is my bible. Mans Search For Meaning by Viktor Frankl defines the word inspiring. Lonesome Traveller and Dharma Bums also changed my life. There's always something good to read. I won't live long enough to get through them all. MOVIES - American History X (most significant movie of my generation, in my opinion), Ink, Clerks, Point Break, Boilerroom, Once, Bon Cop Bad Cop, 21 Grams, Traffic, Into The Wild and who can forget Dumb and Dumber. I'll never outgrow that one.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
When I was young and dumb, I hitch hiked across Canada. You learn a lot about yourself when you are in precarious, yet awe inspiring, situations. Wouldn't trade it for the world.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love teaching people how to juggle; I'm a student of short stories, prose, poetry and all forms of creative writing and love working with anyone who has an interest. I try and see beauty in even the most simple of things and do my best to spread this trait to others. I'm good at math - anyone want to learn linear regression? Probably not lol. I'm as eager to learn from others as I am to teach. Also, I can show you where to get the best beer in Canada! people tend to enjoy this one
My Interests
I try to be well rounded as far as interests go; writing, trials riding, character building, juggling, music festivals, MMA (just watching, not fighting) reading anything and everything (most favourites are by the Beat writers, Kerouac especially), I love good beer and good cider, making new friends (can never have too many), I'm just starting to get into spoken word readings. Wandering is one of my favourite activities, which I'll be pursuing soon.
