CURRENT MISSION I am a writer of short fiction, and my mission is to understand and to express the truth as simply and clearly as I can ABOUT ME I am tall and somewhat imposing, not handsome, with brooding facial features. My ideas on life run contrary to established conventions, but I am a social animal, amiable, and I love to exchange stories with other genuine folks. I am an autochthon of Texas and a poor dresser. PHILOSOPHY In my short life I've found the world is a pretty dark and lonely place at times and it seems beyond any hope of repair but it still has charm and the power to awe and amaze. through winter we wait for spring. pain is to be accepted, endured, and finally embraced or else we must embrace death. i believe everyone should probably do their best to make this whole thing easier, because sometimes it isn't easy, and if there is anything that binds every creature together it's the fact that we all have to suffer through the bad times and celebrate through the good times. I guess that's a personal philosophy, with a large, rich dose of corn.
