CURRENT MISSION Live, learn and have fun! ABOUT ME I was born in Taiwan and moved to the U.S. when I was five. Upon graduating with a B.A. in Studio Art, I traveled as a Thomas J. Watson Fellow for 14 months around the world studying a textile art known as batik. I am currently a graduate student at Yale University pursuing a dual degree in Masters of Architecture and Masters of Environmental Management. My dream is to help design cities that are good for people and the environment. Why I'm on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING The friends/fellow couchsurfers I have met throughout my travels have truly shaped who I am and changed me for the better. I have learned and experienced something incredible from every couchsurfer I've met. My hope is to share this knowledge with other couchsurfers so that they can in turn share it with others. In this way, we will create a better, more peaceful world. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE Couchsurfers are truly the most open-minded, interesting, generous and all around beautiful people on this planet. I cannot rave about this community enough.

One Amazing Thing I've Done
After traveling for a year to 12 countries in 14 months I cannot even begin to chose one thing among the hundreds of amazing things I have experienced. I'd love to share them in person with you sometime!
My Interests
Eating simple, healthy vegetarian meals. I love running and hiking - anything that involves the outdoors. I'm good at daydreaming - maybe too good. I wish I had more time for reading, playing the piano/viola and making art. Traveling and meeting new people is a priority.
