CURRENT MISSION To serve and awaken others ABOUT ME I am youthful, fit, active, earthy, musical,adventurous, , health conscious, a longtime meditator, spiritual explorer, psychotherapist, workshop leader, author. Have studied with many teachers/shamans. I have travelled widely in Europe, Asia, South America, the US and Caribbean. I am a gypsy at heart, love the exotic, remote, places and wild hot springs. Look forward to more world travels and pilgrimmages to sacred sites. Grew up in Switzerland and Greece, speak fluent French and some Spanish. Have led unconventional life, some years in spiritual communities/ashrams; also in Berkeley CA in the 60's . I have been involved in many pursuits and passions including yoga, dancing, singing, chanting ,drumming, improvisational theater,ritual/ceremony, ceramic sculpture, and mixed media arts.
