ABOUT ME Hi I'm Stephan I gave up the corporate life to follow my dream , I'm an easy going guy who love to cook and relax in my beautiful new home of Sardinia ( I moved here from London on 2007) I try and live a simple and minimal lifestyle as much as possible, kindness and mindfulness are very important to me. Why I'm on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I can host and advise on travel around Sardinia or London. The best time for me is at the weekends. A PERSONAL REQUEST AND SOME REASON WHY YOU WOULD CHOOSE TO STAY HERE, PLEASE DO NOT JUST EXPECT A FREE ROOM AND BOARD THAT IS NOT THE REASON WHY I JOINED COUCHSURFING. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE It's been great, I have met some cool, interesting people and made some good friends too.
Music, Movies, and Books
too eclectic for words... music: classical, jazz, pop, rock, a little country.. whatever takes my mood. Movies:comedy, horror, sci-fi or all 3 at the same time don't really read for leisure these days , just when I am in holiday myself but I love to keep a journal.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
swam with sharks in the Maldives, back packed my way around the world for 18 month.

My Interests
A stress free and relaxed life, good food, wine, coffee at the bar I love to cook especially international cuisine. In my spare time , which I have more of now I love to walk in the country or the beach with my dog, people watch at the cafe, spend an afternoon cooking, baking and making jams and pickles. I like to explore and photograph this beautiful island. A while back I got into back packing on a whim and sleeping on the beach under the stars.
