Couchsurfing is a great idea and a wonderful way to have cultural exchanges with those from other countries. Meeting fellow travelers helps open our minds and make meaningful connections. I have studied Italian in Rome for 4 weeks and can speak a little broken Italian. After each visit to Italy it calls me back to see new things I have visited Italy 12 times and spent a total of 12 months there. PHILOSOPHY I treat people the way I would like to be treated. I am open and friendly with a ready smile. I feel life is meant to be enjoyed and the world is to be explored.

Drove around the entire Cape Peninsula south of Cape Town, South Africa Snorkeled in Hawaii Taught English to children in Yuyao, China Climbed the Great Wall of China Visited Italy 12 times Studied Italian in Rome Rode a gondola on the Grand Canal in Venice, Italy Tossed a coin in Trevi Fountain in Rome Drove on the Amalfi Coast....incredible views! Saw the marvelous Grand Canyon Kissed the Blarney Stone! Rode on a float plane over Misty Fjords Alaska Road on a six passenger plane over Denali and landed on a glacier Swam in the Devils Pool at the top of Victoria Falls Visited Robben Island Rode on the ferry across the Amstel River in Amsterdam Climbed the Eiffel Tower Walked around the Arch di Triomph Marveled at Mount Rushmore Viewed Crazy Horse Monument
