I'm an old soul, patient, quiet and appreciative of everything in my life and who I've become. The way I travel and why I travel has changed so much since my first solo trip to Japan when I was 16. At first it was all about exploring new cities and trying to see everything. As I get older, the way I travel has slowed dramatically, no more trying to see everything as quick as possible but instead meeting new people and trying to take time to see what it's like to live in their shoes. All cities are primarily the same, shops, bars and restaurants, but it's the people that are truly unique. I hope one day I can open my home to you, to hear your stories, share our lives even if its only for a day.
