COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE We used the couchsurfing idea on our trip in the usa-canada and met some really nice people this way. Although we thought that these countries would be ideal for couchsurfing we had a lot, a lot of problems accessing the internet. Very few public places with internet access (eg internet cafés) Probably because everybody has a connection at home. So bring a device with you that can connect you to the net (laptop, cellphone) if you're going to surf the usa :-). No sleeping place without the www...
