Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I’m on Couchsurfing because I enjoy meeting people from different cultures and hearing their stories beyond the usual tourist experience. For me, traveling is not only about places but about the people who live there and the small, authentic moments you can’t find in guidebooks. I live in Munich and work in supply chain management in an international environment, so connecting with people from around the world is already part of my daily life. Couchsurfing feels like a natural extension of that. I appreciate meaningful conversations, local insights, and the opportunity to see a city through someone else’s perspective. When I travel, I’m respectful, clean, and easygoing. I value people’s time and space, and I genuinely enjoy exchanging ideas, cultures, and sometimes a good meal or coffee together. When possible, I’m also happy to host and return the hospitality. For me, Couchsurfing is about trust, cultural exchange, and creating small but memorable connections around the world.
Music, Movies, and Books
I enjoy science fiction, historical works, and documentaries. I like classics and Latin music, as well as world classics in literature. I’m interested in art, history, philosophy, and political thought, especially topics that make you reflect and see the world from different perspectives.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Flying with a glider was one of the most unforgettable experiences I’ve had. The silence, the feeling of floating, and seeing the world from above without an engine was truly unique and gave me a different sense of freedom.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can share perspectives about living and working in Germany, international work culture, and experiences from different cultures. I enjoy conversations about history, philosophy, and how societies think and evolve. I’d love to learn about local lifestyles, traditions, hidden places in your city, and new perspectives from people with different backgrounds. For me, Couchsurfing is about genuine exchange, meaningful conversations, and learning from each other.
