I’m an artist from Narrm (Melbourne), Australia currently travelling through europe researching contemporary performance, live art, theatre and visual art. 🎭 I’ve joined the couch surfing community for reasons exactly the same as you! I want to form new friendships, experience local life, share stories, have fun, develop a deeper sense of place and to travel the world! 🌍 Some cool things that I’ve done in my life that are worth sharing; I performed in the circus climbing up poles like a 🐒, excavated objects and dug for 42 hours for a durational performance, herded sheep with my working dog Macey, worked as an artist liaison for people with disabilities, first nations musicians as well as other contemporary arts festivals in Melbourne. I’ve performed in experimental theatre works and also on screen 🎭🎬, hiked and camped in some of the most beautiful places in Australia and travelled to Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Greece, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Spain and Croatia and there’s much more… My friends have described me as warm, generous, emotionally intelligent, intuitive, compassionate, silly, curious, thoughtful and also someone that they feel easily comfortable around 💕 I’m an open minded and non-judgemental individual, respectful of all ages, cultures, religions, abilities, identities, sexualities and experiences. I myself am bi-racial, trans and queer and so I expect the same kindness in return. We may even learn a lot from each other. 🫂 I really would like to broaden my understanding of the world and to welcome others into my home too.
