Why I'm on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE While doing my EVS in Turkey, we hosted many people in Bodrum with my flatmate and all experiences were great! Later I have been mainly surfing myself when traveling around Europe and majority of the times I have gained new friendships and enjoyed my time much more than I could ever had while staying in a hotel. I see Couchsurfing as an amazing opportunity to find friends around the world and learn from each others cultures together.
Music, Movies, and Books
Blue Foundation, Massive attack, Coldplay, Radiohead, Ewert & the two dragons, Somnambuul. And depending on mood almost everything :) From movies my current favorites are Fight Club, Incendies, Wajda, Interstellar, Sonita. Books.. ahh this one is hard to pick. I guess my recent favorites are Waltari's Sinuhe and Hosseini's And the Mountains Echoed.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Hitchhiking around Europe three times. It was at times tough but unforgettable experience.
