Why I'm on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I was introduced to couchsurfing in 2012 when I met an older guy from the Basque Country passing through Slovenia. It was one of the most enlightening conversations I had had up to that evening, and my very first chat in Spanish. I was thrilled by the idea and the philosophy of couch surfing and I've been looking forward to trying it, whether it's hosting or visiting, ever since.
