Why I'm on Couchsurfing
The main reason I decided to come to Iran was because I heard how friendly and welcoming Iranian people are. So Couchsurfing seemed the ideal way of meeting some real Iranian people and learning m about the local culture.
Music, Movies, and Books
Music: All time favourite is the Beatles . Ben Howard, Eddie Vedder, David Bowie, Cat Stevens, Vampire Weekend, The Wombats, Radiohead etc... Movies: Gladiator is favourite. Also like Lord of the Rings, the Truman Show, 21 Jump Street, Anchorman etc... Books: The Great Gatsby, Lord of the Flies, A Song of Ice and Fire Series etc...
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Last year ice-climbed a 6100m mountain in Bolivia (Everest base camp is 5300m). Was seriously tough but really fun (I've added a photo of us at the top).
What I Can Share With Hosts
Can offer good conversation, especially any info about Australia haha, a fun persona, and just an all round good time. Also more than happy to help around the place//will NOT be disrespectful or rude.
