Currently I have been focused on work and figuring who I am in this great city. I am a Canadian who has been living in Glasgow for 2.5 years. I love it here, it's my home :) I literally have more family nearby me than I do back in Canada which is wonderful thing to experience! Plus the people in Glasgow (and area!) are outstanding. When I originally moved over here I had the idea that I would venture away for random weekends away quite often.. .I haven't. I had my Belfast experience, a weekend in Leeds for SlamDunk and a few day trips about on top of that. So maybe 2016 (2017!!!!!) will be the year I get to see mainland Europe finally?! maybe. . When I visit a city I'm not too bothered about what I do. I believe in things happening as they should so I try not to over plan anything. In the past I would plan trips surrounding a gig/festival and then go from there. Generally things work out and even if I don't have the most memorable of times I will still appreciate the new city and the new people that have helped me to see it through their eyes. That's part of the brilliance of being a tourist for me :)

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I used to live life a lot differently than I have been lately. I'm in a bubble and it needs popped!!! I took a last minute idea and made it work with couchsurfing.org by finding a couch in belfast. It was a great experience with a wonderful host. I am now in the position that I could potentially host others and would love to do so.
What I Can Share With Hosts
I live fairly centrally in Glasgow. I'm a quick subway ride away or a 20 minute walk to central station. I have a cute lil flat and a decent king sized bed pull out couch thing. I have some knowledge of this fine city and always appreciate a good conversation :)
My Interests
