I enjoy simple life. Hiking of the nature with wonderful landscapes. I like take time to enjoy the sunrise or the sunset, it is always a wonderful moment. One on the most enriching experience is sharing for me. The other one is traveling, discover a new country, a other way of life, a other culture. I aslo enjoy meditat, sound meditation is my favorite ! I also start to practice yoga, I am just beginner.
