Hey there! I'm Vadim from Birsk, Russia, 23 years old and studying Petrochemistry since 5 years. So that's it for the boring stuff.. let's talk about something more fun :P I'm a very open person that likes to talk to every stranger on the streets or at the store and have a good laugh with anyone that comes along the way. Also I try to spread a little bit of positivity wherever I go... because being nice is also the easiest way of becoming happy yourself. I like almost any kind of sports, especially climbing, football and basketball . In my spare time and for vacation I love to be outside in nature, preferably mountains, rivers and waterfalls, but beaches and the sea are also fine I guess. And I also love bringing nature into my home - I'm having a lot of plants in my room, trying to multiply them and sharing/exchanging plants with my friends :)

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I really think couchsurfing is an amazing idea since it meets with so many of my ideologies (sharing, connecting, helping each other out WITHOUT any money involved,.....). Therefore I feel a little ashamed, that I joined the community just now... but better late than never, right?
Music, Movies, and Books
I think almost any genre has great songs.. I enjoy listening to classical music a lot - especially baroque, but also like psychedelic rock like pink floyd or electronic music such as psytrance. Salsa and other latino music is also great and from time to time I like some jazz too.. or mongolian throat singing :D best movies is really hard for me.. I don't watch a lot of movies.. but I very much like pulp fiction, lord of the rings and intouchables.

I'm not here to teach anything, but I'll gladly share all the things and wisdoms I have learned from my travels and life experiences so far.
