I´m Alvaro and I'm 23 years old. I've been travelling last summers to different place in order to learn about different cultures of the world that we live. I went to India, Cuba, Iran, Palestine, USA, and more. I love meeting people from different countries. It´s incredible for me to have the chance to share my background with people, and learn about their culture and history. I'm a political science student, therefore I look for people to talk about politics and learn about their country! Currently I'm doing my exchange in St. Petersburg.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I'm on Couchsurfing because I think it´s the best way to travel a country and meet new people. Classic tourism don´t even get in touch with the country they travel. They will have for sure more money than I do, but they just go from the hotel to the monuments or whatever and they go back to the hotel. I like to live the local experience.
