I left the traditional tech/engineering world to dive into intensive yoga study and creative expression. I facilitate Vocal Yoga classes and experiences. Vocal Yoga combines voice science and yoga as a tool for internal sound healing. I work with creatives, performers, teachers, and curious minds. Personally, this practice has helped me alleviate debilitating migraines! My creative expression involves singing, improv jam sessions with the homies, painting, and playing with color!
