Hello! I love traveling and am in the process of transitioning from location-dependence to location-INDEPENDENCE! I've worked at the same amazing company for 7 years, but my fiance and I now want to get out of California and explore the world. I've set a goal of 1/1/2020 to be working fully remotely so we can spend the year driving around the US and then hopefully travel internationally long-term. I spend most of my time working, but my favorite things are actually travel, walking around new cities, brewery-hopping, and Olympic weightlifting.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I heard about this site while researching and planning for our upcoming travels and location-independence and wanted to check it out. I'm going to be in Boston late January, Croatia (roadtrip from Dubrovnik to Zagreb) early March, and Nashville mid-May so it would be awesome to meet up with some folks and maybe bum a spot on someone's couch!
Music, Movies, and Books
I'll always choose a good comedy over any other genre of movies. For books, I love psychology books, true crime, and self-improvement types books. My music tastes are all over the place; I'm more of a wallflower than a dancer, but I can listen and tap my feet/ headbang to pretty much anything. Metal, rock, country, and dubstep are probably my most played stations.
