Hey, I'm Marc. Started my journey here in 2017 during my first trip to Iceland and became a Couchsurfing ambassador in 2020. I love learning languages, experimenting with photography and playing the piano. I'm an active person, so you'll find me swimming and in the gym quite often. Love exploring bars and restaurants in the evenings. I'm usually a slow traveller. Love to stay in a city at least a week to have time to experience local life, and prefer to explore one country in-depth over country hopping. I love places that are mostly local and undiscovered.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music is my life. Rock and pop from 70s to 90s are definitely my favorite, but I listen to all kind of genres. Since I love playing the piano myself, big fan of jazz, blues and classical concerts. Also played in theater for quite a while. I rarely watch movies and TV shows, but some shows I like: La casa de Papel, Lucifer, Peaky Blinders, Outer Banks, Suits One of my favorite book authors is Hermann Hesse, but I'm fond of many other philosophy authors.

Traveling the world by myself while relying entirely on Couchsurfing for months.
