- Age 30+ - no hitchhikers please - I am not a hotel, if you're going to come, leave your luggage and immediately go out, look elsewhere - daddy's spoiled little princesses who confirm with multiple hosts and then go choose the most comfortable apartment, look elsewhere, I have no time for fake couchsurfers, snobs and poseurs, go to a hotel ffs! - I don't let anyone stay in when I need to go out, so if I'm working it's usually around 7am that I leave - girls, please refrain from hanging your dirty panties around the apartment and finally - it's crazy that I even have to point this out - please do not confuse my kindness for flirting!
