I'm Iranian, married, have 2 kids, 2 cats and a dog. I've lived in Canada since 1983 and now live in the beautiful city of Burlington (Ontario, Canada) which is half way between Toronto and Niagara Falls. I'm an easy-going guy, an avid traveler and a sport enthusiast. In my travels, I try to have interaction with locals in order to enhance my traveling experience. Recently, I left the corporate world and have become a Transformational Lifestyle Coach and soccer referee.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I would like to get to know locals and learn about other cultures as well as having interaction with other cultures. Everybody has a story to tell and that's what makes us all unique and interesting to listen to.
Music, Movies, and Books
I like pop music, specially Iranian and Spanish/Latin music, suspense books and movies. I also like to watch movies and read books that are funny and uplifting. I'm very much into sports, so most of my free time is dedicated to yoga, soccer/football and cycling.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
In June 2014, I biked 220 km (15 hours) from Toronto to Niagara Falls as part of fund raising for the Princess Margaret Cancer Care. In 2023 I did it again in 14 hours. I've also climbed CN Tower (1776 steps) in Toronto many times as part of fund raising; once I did it in less than 16 minutes.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach languages and share my experiences/adventures with my new couch surfer friends.
What I Can Share With Hosts
Life in Canada, learning languages, having discipline, and fitness.
