Why I'm on Couchsurfing
When I began travelling on my own I used the youth hostels. When I had a family and we went on trips we used youth hostels and camping. I enjoyed the youth hostel idea because one never knew what /whomone was to encounter, sometimes no one! I hate hotels. It has nothing to do with the city you are visiting. it is empty, cold. even though a low budget may have been the instigating factor in becoming a member, the idea of traveling and meeting new people through this medium fascinates me.
Music, Movies, and Books
i have no favorites I read classics and anything that interests me. Historical fiction, Asian literature. Being a musician allows me to say "favorites? Whats that?" I dont watch movies
