CURRENT MISSION Discovering new places and people in my world tour ABOUT ME I love to travel and discover. After a 57 days of interrail, travelling became a passion for me. Then next summer, I travelled for 40 days around Finland-Sweden-Norway and Denmark. And the third one took 72 days from Iceland to Romania. Now I am on my world tour of 8 years. I want to discover as many countries as I can. Music, culture, belief and food help me to understand the way of living in a country. It is impossible to resist against children. I love them and can do anything for them. I am a volunteer for 3 different project which are based on children. I like to prepare foods. Even if I am studying mechanical engineering, I wanted to be a cook for many years. If you teach me anything about your cuisine, I will be appreciated. I am a musician, I play "Bağlama" which is a turkish musical instrument. I played squash as a member of university squash team. I am a scout leader and mechanical engineer. Why I'm on Couchsurfing
To meet new people and find new places to go. I surfed around Scandinavia, Iceland, Europe etc.. and I do like the idea of sharing places, conversations and memories :)
Music, Movies, and Books
I like to watch historical wars, sword, shield, bow and spear :) Lord of the Rings is my favourite triology. Also sci-fi is enjoyable for me. I am reading OSHO's books for a long time. I believe that eastern culture can improve the awareness of people. Thanks to him, I am a more rational, clear thinker and calm person. I play a turkish musical instrument for 13 years, we call it bağlama.

Teach, Learn, Share
Teach: Basic Turkish words and useful tricks about our country. Learn: I am interested in music and different cultures. I am a good listener :) I like to communicate with people and I want to learn new things from anybody. Share: I can prepare some foods or we can go to discover the Turkish cuisine, it is up to your budget :) I can present our musical culture.
