My full name is Anne-Marie but everyone calls me Annie. I'm a very outgoing, friendly person. I love to travel and meet people from other cultures. I am from Edinburgh but now living in a small village in the Scottish Borders. I would say I'm a very creative person. I did a lot of various styles of dance when I was younger and I am quite musical, currently learning to play the fiddle. I enjoy cooking, long walks, hula hooping, festivals, reading and spending time with family and friends and my cat Titus :)

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I decided to join couch surfing as I am going to be in Krakow on my own for a few days and I think it would be a good way to meet people.
Music, Movies, and Books
My music taste is very eclectic. Having been a highland Dancer and now learning to play the fiddle I absolutely love folk and celtic music. On a night out I would choose to go somewhere with electronic/techno/Drum N Bass as I love a good dance but really anywhere with a good beat is good for me! :D At home I listen to classical/acoustic/rock/ska/Indie/Pop. There's not a lot of music I will say I don't like! I love to read. I have a fab swing seat in my living room as my dedicated reading seat. At the moment I am reading Infidel by Ayaan Hirsi Ali. I like to read autobiographies. I recently finished The White Masai. I also read fictional books too. Movie's really anything is fine for me apart from jumpy horrors! I scare easily.
