Hi friends! I'm Ashley, a Couchsurfing veteran & travel junkie :D I graduated from Christopher Newport University in 2018, then proceeded to drive around the continental United States by myself for 3 months. Then that Fall, I backpacked Europe by myself and visited 11 countries. I also brought back (not literally but sort of?) a French boyfriend. <3 Now I'm making my way back to him in Europe while navigating the twists and turns of a post-COVID world. And that's me!

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I joined this community in 2018 as I planned a cross country roadtrip entirely alone. I stayed with 24 strangers, and it was the best experience of my life. I love and value this community, and I look forward to watching it grow and contributing to that growth!

If I am anything in this world, I'm a storyteller. I have lots of adventures to share and stories to collect, I just need a willing audience. I've also got a degree in English as well as teaching experience so if you're looking to pick up some of the English Language while I'm visiting then I'm your gal! I have an eye for a camera, and I love taking pictures. If you need a personal photographer for your Instagram, then say no more. ;)
What I Can Share With Hosts
Language exchange, photography services, stories, and a companion to explore anything and everything with! I'm also incredibly partial to cats so I will happily give them attention for you should you have one (or two or three).
