My name is Borja, I am 24 years old and I am currently living in Stockholm (Sweden). I studied Intercultural and International Communication in Deusto University, since I am really keen on languages, foreign cultures and international experiences in general. The fact that I was born in Spain, brought up in France and had a bilingual French/English education has not only given me a great command on languages but also some ease when meeting people from abroad.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I think it's mainly because of two reasons: the concept of low-price housing and the cultural exchange with people that have similar interests.
Music, Movies, and Books
Music: various artists, thumbs up if you listen to Ludovico Enaudi. Keen interest in Arab music also. Books: Harry Potter, Agatha Christie, Palmeras en la Nieve. I wrote a book myself, which I think I love. Films: The Interpreter, Kingdom of Heaven, V for Vendetta, Un monstruo viene a verme, Babel.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
- Volunteering abroad. - Taking up an MBA at a competitive business school while working on TV and giving French classes. Still recovering from that one! ;) - Graduating as a Intercultural Communicator, which less than 10 people have done in my home country. - Meeting and keeping my two best friends. - Getting my grandmother to admit I'm his favorite grandson. That took me years.
What I Can Share With Hosts
- Fun: nice conversations, going to leisure places, stupid horror movies' screening, burger-eating racing, Harry Potter quizz. -Guide: leading them around my area by providing helpful practical information. - Food: suggesting food travelers should try and cooking for them as well. Spanish, Italian and Middle East cuisine are my strenght. -Friendship: if you need something, just ask.
