I am an adventurous, open-minded person who loves travelling and wants to see as much as possible from this wonderful world, especially getting to know the people and cultures. I lived in Rotterdam, doing volunteer work as a gap year before I started studying now.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
After my A level I went travelling with a friend of mine to Portugal. Because of journeys before I learned when getting to know countries it is the best to meet inhabitants who can show it to you, remote to the typical touristic tours. It was wonderful! Last year I went to experience Eastern Europe: Ukraine - Moldova - Romania & I had a really good time!
Music, Movies, and Books
Most of the time I listen to indie&alternative music so as The Staves, Jonas Alaska or alt-J for instance. I really enjoyed reading The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho and other books about travelling.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
While travelling you meet so many wonderful people. Years before I went to France with my family and my brother and I got lost on our bike tour, but at the same time, we found so much help. With hands, foots and the best French, I could offer I tried to explain a family our problem and they borrowed us their mobile phone. After further people we ask to find the way back to our campground, finally, we got there and the owner lent us his phone again and gave us an ice cream against our shock. It is fantastic to meet such generous people.
