heyho :) i'm 28 years old and i'm living in the eastside of Germany. the name of the city called Döbeln, its in the triangel of Chemnitz, Dresden and Leipzig. I've a flat with two rooms. So you can sleep in another room on a sofa bed. Of course i've a kitchen and bathroom, and a balcony. In Döbeln lives 20000 people, i can show you the nature places around of the city and also the biggest boots of the world :)
