I’ve been very fortunate that the beginning of my “travel career” was always facilitated by locals. I believe in “doing what you’re supposed to do in the place where you’re supposed to do it” and, in my experience, finding a friendship with a local guide is the best way to truly immerse oneself with a new environment. Plus, I love building connections and relationships with people- I want to be your friend!
