And I also had chance to be a real monk that stay in the jungle and follow what Buddha taught for 1 month in Thailand. These taught me a lot in the way of thinking and control myself. Many people might not know about meditation. But meditation can help you to see what you really are and you will know yourself better. I always smile as we know Thailand is a land of smile.
