My name is Hsin-Wei Chen, though I also go by the English name Chi-chi. I was born and raised in Keelung, Taiwan, where I lived until the summer of 2013. Having made the decision to attend National Quemoy University, in 2013 I moved to Kinmen, where I currently major in International and Mainland China Affairs.
