What my profile used to say: Aviation hasn’t worked out as a career but my airplane is a big part of my world. I love to travel. Current: I am forever grateful for the life I get to live. Aviation has went from a hobby to a side job to a career path I’m excited to go down. I am still hanging on to my ever more flexible day job but am fully embracing the 500 hours a year I get to fly the greatest bunch of biologists around the mountain west. My work has expanded to working with state agencies, private industry consultants, Raptor Non-profits and the University of Wyoming. I can say without hesitation, I’ve never met a biologist I don’t like. I’m not fully sure why but I think they like me too. A group of biologists nominated me, and I was selected, to be the Wyoming Chapter Wildlife Society Citizen of the Year, 2023. I think one of the greatest blessings is when you you get paid to do what you love to do.
