Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I'm new to the country and I feel like I'm only seeing it through the eyes of a tourist. I want to see New Zealand through the eyes of a local. My friend said "any tourist can find the known beauty of a country, but the locals have the key to the unknown beauty" and I couldn't agree with her more! My goal is to meet as many locals as possible while I'm here in New Zealand.
Music, Movies, and Books
New music and recommendations from those around me are my favorite. I love the growlers, tame impala, lord huron, mac demarco, phoenix, and really anything. I would love to hear the band you're listening to! I can't get enough of movies. I tend to quote movies ALL the time. Most of the time it's a very vague quote but hey, it's always fun to see if someone gets it.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
So far it's been skydiving and bungee jumping. I wanna do more!

I'm sure there's something that I can teach you! I can help sew, kinda. More like quick fixes and patching and things. I have, however, made an outfit... once. I'm open to learning anything!
