I' M BASED IN APPENNINO (mountain of PARMA province) near BORGOTARO . You can arrived from Parma by train or bus, search "OSTIA PARMENSE" train station: 50 minutes from Parma city, 50 minutes from La Spezia - Cinque Terre! ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Save Earth from pollution! Ciao travelers, if YOU' ll visit Parma, you have absolutely taste these FOODS: SANDWICHES - PANINI 1- "LA CLINICA DEL PANINIO" DA WALTER, 100 several sandwich also vegan. (You can also buy only sandwich and eat in park Parco Ducale, inside the shop is not sospacious!) :-) Address: Borgo Palmia, n° 2, Parma 2 FRANK FOCACCIA: Deliciuos sandwiches with several flavors, with cheese and prosciutto di Parma or vegetables. Address: Piazzale San Lorenzo n° 19, Parma. PIZZA 3 - Pizzeria "PETITOT" : to eat the best pizza in Parma ( you can also only buy and eat at home/park Cittadella), I suggest classic "Margherita" but you have several typologies to choose! Address: Al Petitot, via Torelli, n° 3 , Parma ICECREAM - GELATO 4- Gelateria " BLU GARDEN" : for eat the best icecream in Parma. All flavors are nice, caffè , cioccolato , all fruits, and "yougurt con mirtilli" I guess the TOP!
