Grew up in PA and NJ, love the city of Philadelphia and the countryside suburbs around it. I played lots of sports growing up, ice hockey the most prevalent. Nowadays, I enjoy bicycling, exercising, reading, writing, learning, eating, drinking, and of course...traveling.

I love classic rock, island music, lots of hip hop and rap, soul rap/hiphop, reggae, SOJA, Rise Against, Russ, Spillage Village, so many more groups... The books I read nowadays are usually to inspire me, educate me, or provide insight. I love well produced movies, especially war movies, but mainly I watch documentaries. Lots of YouTube as well.
