Hey! My name is Eli! I'm an undergraduate student at Michigan State University studying Civil Engineering. I've enjoyed the college life so far but I'm looking for a new adventure. I want to travel the world! I was born in Boulder, Colorado but later moved to Leland, Michigan. I'm kind of shy at first but I'm very easy to get along with and laid back. I love helping people and learning new skills.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I'd like to have a unique travel experience. I want to learn as much as I can and soak in every detail. Couchsurfing gives me a way to connect with community members and help them in any way I can. I want to make long lasting friendships and learn all I can about the places I visit.

I enjoy almost all genres especially hip/hop, reggae, indie and rock. Movies - the departed, fight club, pulp fiction and many more. Books - 1984, outliers....currently reading the Steve Jobs biography

My Interests
I enjoy being outdoors hiking, camping, playing sports, biking, and snowboarding. I read a lot and love listening to music. I've recently began sketching and learning guitar. I really have too many interests to list here and I'm always ready to try something new.
