CURRENT MISSION I'm currently getting ready to backpack through Europe before starting my full time education in nursing back home in Alaska. I'm trying to make this dream trip happen while keeping an eye on my budget. ABOUT ME I'm a small town Alaskan girl with a passion for traveling. Going out is fun, but staying in is also awesome as well! I studied social science with particular emphasis in government/political science, history, and sociology. One Amazing Thing I've Done
Last year, I taught English in Cambodia at an orphanage for kids with HIV and then volunteered at an elephant sanctuary. This year, I hiked the 33 mile Chilkoot trail between Alaska and Canada, which retraces the steps of the gold seekers during the 1898 Klondike Gold Rush.
