Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I am on couch surfing over staying in hotels because you get to broaden your connections and make new friends. When I travel, I like going to places the locals go to rather than going to very touristy places! I am all in for meeting new people and sharing life experiences! Also, I think couchsurfing is an amazing way to get to travel on a low budget while creating good memories with the host!
Music, Movies, and Books
Books: Of Mice and Men, Holes, The Host Movies: The City of God, Beautiful Mind, The Last Samurai, White Chicks, Mean Girls, Matrix, Forest Gump, 8 Miles etc... Music: I listen to so many genres! Ranges from rock, EDM, reggae, R&B, hip hop etc...
One Amazing Thing I've Done
My gap year is by far the most amazing thing I've ever done. I felt a need to take a break from my studies and explore the world, see what other countries had to offer and what I had to offer to places I went. I stayed in Taiwan for 3 months, backpacked through Vietnam, went to visit some friends in Europe and Stayed in Japan for 6 months. Taking a gapyear definitely helped me to be in harmony with who I am and made me even more open minded than I already am. I met so many amazing souls, shared so much memories with them. I realized how interesting people are, how we all should learn how to embrace and appreciate the differences in the way we live, think, feel.
What I Can Share With Hosts
I am fluent in 3 languages so I can definitely have some fun moments teaching some funny expressions you might not learn in a language class! I also like to have go out, have fun and bring positive energy to wherever I go!
