I'm a young 56( but still feel 23🥴)year old and always had a passion for travel and now my kids are Adults , it’s time for me to get back into longer travel . I started my you tube Channel just a year and a half ago , so trying to make that work .. love the off the beaten path countries more than anything, love to spend a decent amount of time exploring a country and getting to know its culture and people . We are all the same at the end of the day . I learn a lot when I travel , about myself also .. that I’m still as crazy as I was when I was 23 , I don’t think that will ever change ! Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I always like to meet up with other"like minded" people that like to travel and have fun! I love “the road less travelled “ destinations now and love adventures! Love a challenge and pushing my limits as far as I can go ! Love all the different cultures in the world , and there as so so many that I have to experience for myself as nothing you read or see on tv is as accurate than actually being somewhere yourself and living it! I love unusual hidden places, off the beaten path, abandoned places, started slacklining a couple of years ago. I’m just up for trying anything , the more adventurous the better;)

I love tv shows ! Fauda , El Marginal, money heist , The Americans, Ozark, Narcos , Fargo , True Detective, Dexter ... and many more , I love crime drama /thrillers ... not really into sci fi
One Amazing Thing I've Done
I hitchiked through Europe alone when I was 21! I snorkled between the tactonic plates at Sifra Iceland in 0 degree water! Amazing!... Also saw northern lights which was also amazing I recently climbed to the summit of Cotopaxi volcano in Ecuador which is over 5,800m ! My latest adventure ( Aug 2022) was a solo trip to Afghanistan

I have many crazy travel stories I can share! I’m terrible at languages , tried learning Russian ! But I’m happy to teach anyone English! That’s all I can do in the language department! But I love to learn , about cultures and traditions !
