Hello, I am Eva and I am eighteen and I live in Southern England. I am currently studying my A Levels (in History, Media Studies and Business Studies). I hope to study History and Politics at the University of Exeter in September 2016, but beforehand I wish to do some travelling in Europe. Because I am only 18, I haven't travelled alone much (only Cyprus and Amsterdam, and a few UK based festivals) but I hope to travel around a lot of Europe, with my friend Carol. Generally, I spend a lot of my time listening to music and reading. (as well as getting drunk :P) But honestly I have never met another person who has seen as many YouTube videos as my self. I would like to think that with my knowledge of Lush hauls and competitive eating, that I can certainly have a conversation about almost anything.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I am absolutely fascinated by other people and I am certainly more than keen to learn about the lives of others in different cultures. I think Couchsurfing appears to be the most appealing to me because of the hosts - meeting new people is just as exciting as visiting new countries!
Music, Movies, and Books
I will listen to absolutely any music (literally from Dimmu Borgir to Beethoven) but my favourite band is The Smiths. With school work I have become really slack with watching movies :( but love the classics such as Pulp Fiction and Schindler's List. My favourite book is The Catcher in the Rye and I most commonly read similar teenage angsty fiction!!
What I Can Share With Hosts
Although I am only young, I would like to hope that I have put myself in sometimes unusual situations just for the experience of them! I am proud of my ability to be open-minded, and I would absolutely love to listen to the stories and thoughts of people different to myself (and you may even hear a few stories back!).
